Compass Point Business Park, St Ives is a prestigious development in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, with a projected development value in excess of £35 million. It consists of 26 individual business premises which includes an 8,500 ft² (800 m²) contact centre for Cambridge County Council and a 22,000 ft² (2,000 m²) northern European headquarters for world leading software developer Silvaco International. Detailed planning consent has been secured for a second phase of development.



We successfully partnered Mid Suffolk District Council in a textbook example of urban regeneration redeveloping a former waterworks site at Stowmarket, Suffolk to provide 6,500 ft² (600 m²) of office space. A second phase of development will provide a retail unit of approximately 15,000 ft² (1,400 m²). This urban regeneration scheme has brought together both public and private landowners, being part funded by Capital Challenge monies, to bring forward the development of a derelict site adjacent to the town centre.



We worked with Deafblind UK in Peterborough, project managing and developing its 25,000 ft² (2,300 m²) national headquarters. On an adjoining site we have developed 45,000 ft² (4,000 m²) of category 'A' institutional offices that has been pre-let to blue-chip clients.

Deafblind UK, a charity dedicated to providing support for thousands of deafblind or dual sensory impaired people, moved into its new award winning state of the art premises - the National Centre for Deafblindness - designed and constructed by Boden Properties.


Ecoscope Applied Ecologists, one of the UK's leading ecological consultancies, was the first company to move into premises at Compass Point. The company now part of the RPS Group plc, Europe's largest environmental consultancy, and moved to Compass Point to accommodate future, substantial growth.



Silvaco Data Systems (Europe) Ltd. global software developers, occupy one of the most noticeable buildings at Compass Point being circular in shape. Silvaco moved into its new state-of-the-art 28,000 sq ft premises, which was officially opened by the Duke of York.


Boots Properties purchased our 62,000 ft2 (5,800 m2) Markham Retail Park development in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Its tenants include Focus, Halfords, Argos and Kwiksave.



We also developed a 32,000 ft² (2,973 m²) extension to the Peel Centre in Corby, Northamptonshire – where the original tenants include Matalan, Roseby's and Homepower. Another development in town was a stand-alone food store for Lidl UK.


Our Westfield Park development in Peterborough provided a 35,000 ft² (3,200m²) leisure unit for First Leisure. Further development at the site involved Lidl UK and a Fitness First Health Club. A third and final phase of the development is also planned.
