Seven Locks Housing improves communication and enhances services to tenants 27-Nov-2008
Moving to a Boden Properties office development has helped Seven Locks Housing to improve communication across the organisation and enhanced the services it provides to its tenants.
Housing association Seven Locks Housing, which manages homes across Market Harborough, moved in July 2008 into prestigious new offices built by property developer Boden Properties. All the office-based staff are now located under one roof – for the first time in the company’s history.
The housing association was formed in December 2007 to take over the management of Harborough District Council’s 2,000 homes. It previously shared offices with Harborough District Council but it has since become an independent organisation and so needed to move into offices of its own. After an extensive search it selected Anson House, a brand new two-storey building at Compass Point business park in Market Harborough.
“It was a challenge to find a building that met customer expectations and was large enough to accommodate our team of staff," said Deborah Floody, customer relations manager at Seven Locks Housing Limited. “Anson House, however, provided everything we and our tenants were looking for.
“Since bringing all of our office-based staff together under one roof communication has improved across the organisation which, in turn, has improved the service we provide to our tenants.”
Director of sales and marketing at Boden Properties, Paul Burnett, commented: “Moving into offices on its own was a big step for Seven Locks Housing and we are delighted that the move has been so successful.
“Compass Point is again proving that its high quality and well-designed office accommodation is meeting the needs of both local and national companies, many of which are creating new jobs in the town.”
